For our clients who were on the COVID-19 Impact on Benefits Webinar on March 18th, we apologize for the technical difficulty that we all experienced. After following up with Fuze Meetings, we were informed that their system was just overwhelmed by the increase in video conferencing due to social distancing. Once we are confident that Fuze Meetings has resolved their capacity issues, we will send an invite to participate in another webinar. Again, sorry for the confusion and we appreciate the time you invested.
