We are doing our part to be socially responsible and are adapting the way we do business to protect the health and safety of our clients, employees, and community members. Being proactive in this environment, all our employees have been given instructions and tools to work virtually from home. Our technology is designed for this environment which gives us confidence we are prepared to continue to service your needs in a timely manner. Please rest assured, although this will be a change in how we work, business will continue to move forward. Steps to ensure that all duties and responsibilities will continue as we work virtually have been taken.
We have decided it is best to reduce face-to-face contact as much as possible by allowing many employees to work remotely. We want to ensure you that we remain committed to providing you exceptional service, and we are able to communicate with all our clients remotely through our existing phone, video conferencing, and screen sharing technology. All you need to do to access anyone on our team is to email your contact or call our business number (828-328-5671) and our receptionist will direct you to the appropriate person.
Due to this current social distancing environment, beginning Monday, March 23rd, our office staff will no longer be accessible face to face to the public. This means our physical office is closed relative to receiving in person visits. This is not our preferred way of communicating, however, given the circumstances, you can rest assured we will all rise to the occasion in support of the health and wellbeing of our community members.
As our clients, we want you to know that we also understand if you are uncomfortable utilizing online and digital carrier channels to complete your everyday insurance needs. We are here to help, so give us a call if you want to learn how to utilize the online tools our insurance carriers have made available for you. In most cases, “there is an app for that”.
We are committed to serving our community, and have entered into a covenant to conduct ourselves in a way that blesses our community in all our dealings. We currently do not anticipate any interruption in the insurance services we provide. These precautionary measures are being initiated as swiftly as possible so that we can do our part in the control of this virus. We are working under the guidelines of all federal, state, and local health agencies, using the most trusted sources of information, and have emergency plans in place should this situation continue to escalate. Because this situation is fluid and new information is being released daily, please click here for the most current updates.
Thank you for trusting Broome Associates with your insurance needs. We promise to remain here for you during these unprecedented circumstances.
